Really Disappointing customer service and overall experience. Things go wrong in business, as a business owner myself the way my concerns were handled was not professional and I will not be using them again. Here was my experience. I brought in rear panels on my Eisenglass to have new snaps put on and upon going to pick them up there were new scratches/ marks on the Eisenglass/black stuff all over the panels I brought in... The Guy(I assume the owner) started yelling at me telling me they were used and at his staff for not taking pictures when they were delivered. Then refusing to look at the pictures I was trying to show him I took before bringing them in.... I understand they were used...But my pictures show exactly what they looked like before being delivered... he suggested I bleach them to get the marks out... without looking at any of my pictures. They also put in the wrong type of snap on one part of the Eisenglass without asking me if I wanted it to be different in a clearly visible place and now it is not symmetrical... The work done, the Snaps and additional canvas pieces sowed on functionally will work. However it appears they took very little care with the used

If you are in the market for getting your boat reupholstered look NO further than Coastal Canvas in Lighthouse Point! Lucy and her husband have been in the business for decades and they delivered a #1 product along with great turnaround time. They made my 2012 Hydra-sports look like a 2026. Look at the quality of the stitching just high end work by GREAT people.

I Love these folks! I asked for a custom "easy on and off " cover for my HCB 42 Lujo. Miguel and team have exceeded my expectations by a mile. Meticulous work, perfect fit, super easy to put on and off in less than 10 minutes. Very fair pricing and very high quality work. Excellent customer service.

I’ve only been in S Fl for a year and my couch was damaged in the move. I love my B & B Italia couch but the sofa lining was damaged. I was given Coastal Canvas Upholstery as a reference for repair and they did not disappoint. My new cover exceeded my expectations. I am very particular about my furnishings and their repair was outstanding. I can’t wait to go back and give them further business. They are truly exceptional. I’m very grateful for their due diligence and willingness to make things work. Outstanding work.
